Driving change is the ability to recognize the need for change. It is willingness to take ownership of the initiatives deriving change and to move the company forward. People who are willing to drive change know how to alert others for the need to change and also remove the obstacles that stand on the way of accomplishing that.
Developing Driving Change
- Think of a negative change that could impact you or your team. Write down possible benefits from that change. Then think how you could communicate those benefits to your team and get their buy in if you had to do thatI

Think of each individual person on your team at a time and determine how he/she is likely to react to you and the questions or comments they would make. Think if maybe you had gone through a similar change before and you could draw on that experience. Use the results of this exercise to prepare for discussion with each person in your group
